"In Dream Symmetries I worked with the theme of dreams and shared visions in romantic love relationships. I made a dreamlike world with imagery that appears in unusual places. It recreates the dream-experience of seeing not quite enough and wanting to see more, prompting a closer look into the dream, into one's partner's hopes for the future -- or into the artwork.
One of the qualities of this piece that pleases me as a sculptor is how the shape changes dramatically when viewed from different viewpoints -- giving the work a great deal of visual variety."
