After experiencing the various aspects of artistic expression, including oil, watercolor, tempura and acrylic, American Artist David Karp chose to dedicate his career to the art of enameling which placed him in a unique status among contemporary painters.

The tutelage of his famous father, Max Karp, brought about a thorough understanding in order to master its extreme technical difficulties. After years of experimentation, determination and perseverance, David became one of the leading enamel artists of his time.
